ASGC supports HPC & Cloud computing need for various research groups in Academia Sinica.
If your group are interested in using ASGC resources, please send to DiCOS-Support@twgrid.org a request to create your Group account.
When Your members should register to your Group when applying their DiCOS accounts.
- A Group Monthly Billing will be sent to PI's email every month.
- PI will approve members' applications of DiCOS accounts.
- PI can check member's usage in a daily & monthly based via Group Usage page.
- PI will be given rights of access controls to manage member's computing & storage usage via Group Usage Mangement.

Apply your DiCOS account via webpage shown below. You will be asked to register in a Group, and your access & usage will be supervised by your Group PI.
- Account Application via https://canew.twgrid.org/ApplyAccount/ApplyAccount.php
- Your account application will be approved by Group PI. If your application has been pending, please confirm if it is approved by your PI. For further questions, please contact DiCOS-Support@twgrid.org.
- Account has one-year validation from the date approved.
- Password & Account Expiry Notification: Emails will be sent on 7 days, 15 days and 30 days to expiration. Please extend by the instructions via https://canew.twgrid.org/ApplyAccount/nocertModify.php.
- Reactivate Your Expired Account: You are allowed to reactivate the account within 6 months of expiration via https://canew.twgrid.org/ApplyAccount/nocertModify.php.
- Account Deletion: Your account & user space(UI home directory, work directory and DiCOSBox) will be removed after 6 months of expiration.
- Account Deletion Notification: Emails will be sent to User, PI & PI's Agent(if any) on the first day of the expiration of a period of 6 months. Deletion will be done after the expiration of 6 months. Please extend your account via https://canew.twgrid.org/ApplyAccount/nocertModify.php by the time of account deletion.
- Account application by Academia Sinica SSO: If you resigned, emails will be sent to PI & PI's Agent(if any) and your account will be deleted after 1 month. You may apply a new DiCOS account if you are reinstated.
- Backup for Group: If Group requires a backup of deleted user data, please contact DiCOS-Support@twgrid.org.
